Jammy

Founder

A decade in travel and events taught Jammy that the best connections are never accidental. He's made lifelong friends on trips, been offered jobs over dinner, and had conversations on a mountain that changed the direction of things. He's travelled the world with people he met along the way, and there aren't many cities he can land in without someone to meet up with.

"None of it was luck. It was proximity. Put the right people together somewhere remarkable and something remarkable happens. That's not just a nice idea, it's the whole point. ctrl.alt connect is a platform for people who deserve the same opportunities I've had."

Kat

Founder

Kat hasn't always considered herself the most confident person in the room. What changed that wasn't a course, a promotion or a job title, it was people. Building ctrl.alt connect alongside Jammy, and meeting everyone who's come on a trip since, has pushed her further than she ever expected to go.

"That's what this means to me, creating the same shift for others. You'll leave more confident, more connected and more capable than you realised. It's the connections you don't know you need that end up changing your life."

Creative Lead

Creative force and content queen, happiest with a coffee in hand and a fresh idea on the go. Millie's the head chef in our Figma workspace and the reason our feed looks as good as it does.
